Core NFT

NFT in-game objects constitute the second key aspect of the game, made possible by the integration of blockchain technology.

Estate is the basic unit of space within Metamorph.

It is the primary area for avatars (Morphs) to act, the main display venue for virtual assets or props, and also the scene for player interaction, gaming, and experience. Moreover, Estate is the main display scene for User Generated Contents. The ownership of Estate will be certified by NFT and can be freely traded. It can also be rented; after being rented, its ownership will not be transferred, but the right to construct its interior space is given to the tenant.

Main Gameplay Scenes

As a simulation-type game, Estate will be the main living and activity space for Morph, as well as the primary storage and display area for assets. Interactions between players and the environment, as well as with other players, primarily occur within the Estate.

Estates will be categorized into different types, primarily player residences called Apartments. As a simulation game, an Apartment will be Morph's main living and activity space and the main storage area for personal assets.

A portion of Estates will be used for commercial purposes, such as large Malls and Supermarkets, primarily located in business districts. Depending on their location and function, different estates have different values.

Unit Space for Player Create Content (PCC)

For users, Metamorph is an open space where unlimited creativity can be displayed. Each Estate is not just a dwelling/commercial place for Morph, but also a freely editable space.

The need to build this space will increase the demand for Estate and activate the rental market; the tax generated by the circulation of assets in the market, and its pricing method, will increase the value of $GOV.

For more details, please read section 6, Player Create Content.

Rarity Management

Estate is a type of asset with a limited total supply.

Scarcity is one of the means to ensure its value. However, they are not all issued at once - such a plan would affect the expansion of Metamorph, hindering more people from joining the world of Fata Morgana.

Its issuance plan is orderly. Through precise market measurement and forecasting, the issuance plan can balance the market, meet player demand, while maximally maintaining the fair value of the existing market. Some better issuance systems (such as auction systems) will be adopted.

We hope to extend this long-termism approach to the community and reach a consensus with all participants, jointly building a Metaverse with long-term growth potential.

Initially, we will refer to the operation modes of some excellent scarce assets in traditional or crypto industries (such as specific region's Real Estate, or some excellent similar projects), and the community will participate in decision-making. With the gradual maturity of DAO governance, the right to issue and price Estate will be devolved to the community.
