We believe Metamorph network effect will come from our community of users, curators, topic experts, KOLs, developers, and other adventurers, and with each newly onboarded participant, we can foster more interaction, more chance encounters, more fun & pleasure, driving use and demand for $Moganis. Ultimately, the value of $Morganis, is in the hands of our community.

Which countries are not allowed to participate in the Token Sale?

To be eligible to participate in the Token Sale, you must satisfy each of the following conditions (the “Eligibility Conditions”):

1. If you are an individual:

   1. You are above the minimum age in your jurisdiction to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and to use, hold, trade, buy, and sell $GOV Tokens;

OR

1. If you are an entity:

   1. You are duly organized and validly existing under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of your organization;

   2. You have authorized your Signatory to accept these Terms on your behalf;
